Hello, I tried to constraint a pole vector onto a locator.. but it doesnt seem to connect. (Please see picture)

Here's the script:
select -tgl ikHandle1 ;
poleVectorConstraint -weight 10;
// Result: ikHandle1_poleVectorConstraint1 //


When I click elsewhere.. the line connecting to the locator disappears. Can anyone assist please ?
