The neck needs a bit more work. It looks a little too long and thin in my opinion to match the head, and from the lighting, the neck anatomy around the adams apple seems a bit off. Might want to look at some refference photos around that area. I did a little photoshop work on the head to show where the problem areas are. I lowered the head a little and fleshed out the neck and traps a bit. This is only constructive criticism from my part.
