i need to be really fast due to the fact that i can't spend many days in a project for a contest or a festival......time not payed...... in my country it's not so easy work on the game developers market.... only 3 industries really works on it....and there is not the right mentality about that market. for a model like this or something else that u can see on my web site i usually respect this timeline: day 1 - research material and sketch (pictures, video, draws.etcc) day 2 - modelling day 3 - uv and texture day 4 - optimization day 5 - rigging and animation
