Hey Utpal. You're really making good progress, man! I'm very impressed by your modeling of the ear. And I already mentioned how I like the nose. I do think you can make some improvements overall before starting the textures. I know that making what seem to be endless tiny adjustments gets old but it will be worth it! I think the lips could use a little attention. They seem a bit stiff. and the upper eyelid could use a bit more of a fold. But, dude, you are more than on your way!

Maybe set it aside for a couple of days and get something new started and come back to it with fresh eyes. One thing I like to do with organic models is to apply a lattice and mess around squashing and stretching. Even very slightly. You'd be suprised how new ways of looking at your model will emerge. Just make sure you save before trying this
