How about having your own take on an existing real life model. Kinda like the previous games challenge, where you could copy an existing building, but put your own imagination into it. I don't think it should be tied down to being necessarily photo-real. I like seeing things that are slightly more abstract in 3D, rather than always being photoreal. Maybe that side of it could be open.
