I made the skull using some imagepalens from google witha bit of an edit in photoshop (so that they were both in proportion)

I made it using polygons just box modeled the skull then the Jaw then the teeth, that about it really, using the same principles that you would for a head.

having a bit of a headache with the robe at the moment though.
