Mayaniac, no problems mate with the crit, some of the things you mentioned I already know about and have not got round to and a couple of things I had not noticed so thanks for that.
I do have many references, well as many as I could find anyhow which is around 30 or so.Unfortunately the blueprints I have don't match many of the references exactly even though they are the same model so I was modeling to the blueprints using the references as a guide to be somewhere in between (maybe I am wrong but hey this is my first car model attempt).
I tried to convince the wife to let me go out and buy one of these cars for better reference but she was having none of it ..lol
I will do a clay render or an ambient occlusion just for you hehe.
