Hi

I am working in Maya 7 unlimited and I am going to take my projects to my friends house but he is using Maya 2008 Unlimitd, I do have a dongle for my Maya 7 so I could take my copy of 7 and load it on his machine but I wondered how I would get on if I opened my Maya 7 projects on his 2008?

Also Maya 7 has a 2GB max for the memory, will any of the newer Maya versions see anymore memory, I am thinking about up grading but I don't want to do it for the sake of giving Auodesk a load of my cash!! any thoughts?
