I have a shelf set up with all of those common operations, And a mel script i use to rip my shelf free, so it basically floats in my screen where i need it to for the time.

I'm trying to start using Marking menu's in my work flow more for some things. but I'm having a bit of a problem teaching myself new tricks? LoL
