Unfortunately the haunted house bundle is not available by instant checkout at the moment and has to be downloaded with points that you can get here https://simply3dworld.com/payment.mhtml. The instant checkout system was introduced to the site about a year and a half ago and tutorials created before that have stayed as points downloads.

This is also why you have the low poly bundle under special offers with points only and the starter pack on instant checkout even though they are more or less the same. We are currently in the process of redesigning and updating the site so in a few weeks you will be able to purchase most of our tutorials(including the haunted house) via instant checkout.
