Looks great ( I thought I was the only one who kept fiddling with stuff, but you take the cake ).
If you want a quick irregular floorplane, you can do a couple of things:
-sculpt with the artisan brush in Maya
-convert the groundplane to softbody and add a turbulence field to it
-use ZBrush/Mudbox
