So you think the egglettes shouldn't have little egg holders?
Or that I should put them up against a wall?
Or both? Or something else?

I'll see what it looks like if I put the staff in front of the egg like it's holding it defensively and one where it's holding it in a more aggressive position.
I was thinking of making the hands out of little polystyrene balls, but I'm not sure how to make the egg hold onto them plausibly.

I see what you mean about the egg beater's position. I'll lift/angle it up more.
