I get what you mean about the framerate, was more just wondering if it was normal to have it turned off

I'd say just stick with the 480s, though maybe you could poke around and see if you can find a benchmark comparing the 560Ti to the 480 on OpenGL. The 560Ti is a pretty amazing card, for what it is.
