Hello Jay! Thank you for taking the time to answer, but it doesn't seem like that's the problem. I've manually typed in the influence dozens of times and it doesn't seem to make a difference. As I've shown in the screenshot, it does have the same influence as the vertices around it.

Do you know of anything else that might be causing this problem? Thanks again!
