Btw, the reason for my questions is I've never had to buy a laptop this expensive before, nor have I ever had to pay this much attention to the specifications. It's only recently that I decided to change my career to animation. Prior to that, my only requirement was for the laptop to be able to run MS Office

So any advice I can get on which laptops are best suited for the path I'm about to embark on is greatly appreciated.
