I've got it figured out. Incase anyones interested here's how: I followed the Maya help file on how to create a double sided shader https://download.autodesk.com/global/...ber=d30e619807 Plugging in a black image file into the Condition Node COLOUR IF TRUE and a white image file into COLOUR IF FALSE. Then connected the OUT COLOUR of the Condition Node to TRANSPARENCY instead of COLOUR. Then I set the Reflectivity of the Phong to maximum. Thats it! Hope this is helpful to someone some day!
