Hm… for eyes, undseth, I aproximated the center of the eye, split radial the polys a few time and then again with split poly make circular splits aroud the center of the eye (anyway almost circular…).
Then in edit mode (vertex or edge), I puled and pushed a few of them to get the desired shape 
For me the mouth was a bit hard (I’m not satisfied with this one).
Can any one tell me a better way to do it?
I make it (the mouth) like the eyes (same procedure).
