It's a good start, what reference are you working from? The reason i say that is that the front leg of a dog isnt at the very front it's set back from the head do you see what I mean? Imagine yourself on all fours think about where your shoulder is in relation to your neck and head. You need to move the front leg back and to the side so that it can take the weight of the hound.
