try changing the shadow resolution and the dmap filter size (If you raise the filter size then you can probably reduce the shadow resolution) try that

Scene looks a million times better than before! Loads of personal touches I like it!!


EDIT: Actually do you have a directional light casting light and shadows into the room? Cause I have had weird stuff happening wth my lighting from using a directional light
