I am willing to get a new computer mainly to use Maya... which parts should a pay attention to? I know I need a good 3d video card, but what do you recomend? How much memory, and which processor....

I live in Brazil, so imported thing tend to be a very expensive here, so I would ask to keep your suggestion in a low-budget level!
