On my course at uni it's a 12 guys to 1 girl ratio.... but on the other not so technical courses there are a fair number of girls. SO I think more women are getting into the industry. Although I have noticed that most of my lecturers at uni (who've come from industry) are all umarried and have pony tails....... hmm the future isnt looking too good right now
