Okay, that does look better.

1. It looks like you have a bump map on there (or it could be part of the texture itself) but the bumps are evenly distributed. Too "tiled"

2. he still sort of looks wet. The reflections are just on the back and wings now instead of the front.

3. Something isn't right about the wings. Scales on the wings? doesn't sound very lightweight and flexible (as wings should be)
