as we al know, windows is a product that is never bug free. So what they do is that they put there security updates, bug fixes and other stuff in a service pack. Some programs require that you have a certain service pack installed otherwise the program will not work properly.

So what you can do is get a service pack update ! and see if that fixes your problem !
