(hint: tweak your BSP depth in the mental ray render globals, 40 seemed to be a sweet spot for this particular scene).

notice the fine detail around the eyes (the bad skin courtesy of me going overboard with the noise on the displacemet map ...bleh; it's just a test anyway)
