Same as a car acid...not too many edge loops to get the base right, then slice it up and tweak...I use Ricks method of a usiing a high reflect blinn once you have finishe a part then swap the lambert for the blinn and you will see the creases to get rid of. Its a pity you cant lock edge loops then apply an edit to them...gets a bit hard to tell which loop is whic sometimes...
