First : Start with a plane 200x25 with 14 segments. these numbers will vary slightly depending on what type of tread your modeling.
then Extrude , duplicate ur unit with (55 to 56 ) units , then make them all groub and finally Bend them tell u have ur final rounded tyre tube Wooooow nice , is it ?!
