OK, I came acros this band a long time called "Zero 7". It's not my usuall taste in music, but I found it quite interesting. Relaxing.

Anyway, I justed came across it again in my cd collection and it reminded me of the video they did for their song "Destiny"

I was just wondering if anyone knew how they made the video.
- Is it hand drawn?
- Is it a filter applied to an actual video?
- Or what?
