To rotate the top view camera...go to the top camera....go to view...select camera....then in the channel box you will see rotate y...now just put in 90..as for car tutorials...there is a good one on this site (although I don't know if it's back up yet..they are currently redoing the audio)...as for free ones....there are lots on the net....do a search for one in google or something and you are bound to find one
