What if we all had webcams, and that we could make a gallery of some googy screen-shots of the "winners". Of course the pics in the gallery would be taken at a moment when the people are looking the most goofy .

Just go look on the front page of the newspaper, they often choose some lame pictures of persones, according to if it is a scandal or some minor negative thing.
