how come when i put in the DVD in my computer, the day that i got it in the mail, it doesn't open on the computer, when i open up the DVD drive, it shows that there's no DVD in the drive, and it's like that on all computers, i tried it on three different ones, someone please help. It happened with another DVD that i also bought.
