Hi! Im new on this forum and i really hope to enjoy being part of this community I've been working with Maya for approx. 3 years mostly making 3d models for 2.5d games and textures also. lately i really began to experiment with Maya to learn it better. my current problem is this. I am making something that's supposed to be a concrete block using Maya 2009 and Mudbox. I made the low-poly mesh and its Uv map. Then i exported it to Mudbox and sculpted somewhat on it. exported it from Mudbox back to Maya and then tried to transfer the Map from the High-poly mesh to the Low-poly one. Thing is everything works fine exept that after the export i can see somewhat errors on the baked Normalmap. check these images below. https://img707.imageshack.us/img707/82/box02.jpg https://img268.imageshack.us/i/box01.jpg/ https://img442.imageshack.us/img442/2286/box3c.jpg What happens is that i can see the Low-poly Uvgrid on the Baked normal map, which gives me impact on the final result of the model. I would really appreciate if someone could help me on this one, I've been trying to figure this out for the last 48 hours but I am still stuck with it and It seems as I cant understand what the problem is. Ive been trying to to the same thing to other objects also but result is still the same. Spetsnaz17//
