as for those standards compliance issues you say. Do you mind giving some examples? I'm not sure what you mean by that.
Sure CSS2, and CSS-P is my MAJOR consern at the moment.
(though they are pretty much the same beast) 
I'd give you a few examples of my gripes, but there are SO many, so do a search for CSS tutorials, and trust me, you should be able to find a LOT of headache articles and rants regarding CSS compliance issues....
