I'm using maya 8 to model. I have a char ready to have its eyes shaped using a live nurbs sphere but when i use make live on the nurbs sphere nothing snaps to the thing. It turns wire and changes colour but nothing I do seems to get points to snap. ... Help The book I'm reading says it should just snap not snap toggle or anything. Is there a way around this?

Reset your transformation tool if this happens to you. for example the move tool.
