Seriously I would get either a training DVD or a book, its a legnthy process and to do it right your going to need some guidance through the project, otherwise you'll get frustrated, tired of the project and then give up as you'll be going round in circles, you need to understand the process and why you need to do things, diving into it with bit tutorials here and there will only drive you mad as theres many ways to approach rigging.
