It seems that your character resembles the one in your avatar, I guess its okey on this challange as its an animation challange really. That used to be a felony on some of the previous modeling/texturing challanges.

And regarding mice, if I remember correctly they get frightened becouse they think that the mouse looks like the head of a snake with its small size and fast movement. (Snakes are one of the elephants few enemies)
