For only your 4th day on Maya, Id say thats pretty damn good. Like Twisted said, just clean up the edges on it, and give the the tails some thickness, and your set! (Oh, and thats a F15 Eagle. Unless the wings fold in/out, then its a F14 Tomcat.)
