Hey, cant wait to see this man! One thing i suggest though, is in your refrence.. (top one) try to get the nose, top of head, eyeballs, and chin lined up with those lines.. atm its kinda off.. you will have to probably take it off the background and then scale it along with moving it to get it to perfectly match up .. just a suggestion.
