Hi !

i was just watching a video about it on the net and it shows them animating the robot, using MAYA
Also shows them putting the layers over the robot :
background
shadows
adding the neck thingy (think she says chair prongs?)
robot shell and neck
specular reflection and refraction
diffusion
specular reflection again
and done
make it sound so easy...
looks insanely cool, but i have to wait for it in australia =)

oh and they stole the music in the trailer from matrix revolutions hehe
