middle mouse button isn't sliding values correctly, did you try this one ?
(I never use ctrl-lmb)
Not sure ctrl-lmb or simply mmb have got same effect.
I'll check when restarting maya otherwise

Be sure capslock is not engaged (though CTRL is not sensitive to it, i think).

I don't think 'bout anything else so far.
