Not sure what you are trying to use the soft select on, I dont use it for this type of modelling............dave I was just trying it out to see what it did, and did end up using it, I can see how it could come in useful for some things but I'd probably try to find some other deformer in the future. If I could work out how to get the curve profiles how I want them it would be better but the UI is a bit funky. So many things to get used to in this program and I have yet to discover which tools work best for me so I'm trying anything.
