Great shading there man ( I have been fiddling with renderman myself as well ), the only thing that seems off is the lipsynce there is something wrong with it not hitting the phonemes or maybe to subtle at a larger distance from camera ( in close ups it does work okay).

At a second glance I think the audio is out of sync with the lipsynce ( or viceversa whatever you prefer )
