Hi everybody! I just needed to say: Mental Ray is really gooood! With my PLE i was used to the Maya Software Renderer, but i didn´t like it very much ... it was (in my eyes) worse than the free BMRT - Renderer (BlueMoonRenderTools). But last week i bought Maya 5.0 and the Global Illumination and Caustics are just great now ôm only making disco-balls and whatever ... hope i don´t anoy you ulrich
