I have grouped collar control to Ik handle of shoulders. I have Pivot point of it at target(as shown). Should i parent it or group it. I have parented collar control to upper spine control. I have freezed it also now. But my collar control not functions. Should I constriant it. Sholud I enter one more joint at center spine colllar joints.
