making a tutorial that covers all of that would take a long time to make and i imagine you would be charged for it. you're far better off just searching for basic tutorials using google or better yet, buying or trying some of the free simply maya tutorials. also, dont forget about f1 which can really help explain a lot of the fundamentals.

don't know how much maya you know, but at the start, it's good to focus on a few simple projects/models to help you learn the tools.
