I have just started doing a tutorial, and frm the very start, I can not do it. It says that I must switch to 4 camera view and then in the top view rotate the camera 90 degrees around the y axis. How do i change the orientation of this camera, as it wont rotate?

Also, what are the best links for learning how to build a car?
