the globe can use some, ethereal glow, and add some noise to the glow. Make it a bit more light blue instead of blue blue.

the hand position is to plane, give it some power. spread the fingers a bit in different positions, try to take your own hand and, pull a bar up, a bar that you can just fit your hand around, and i mean pull it up from the head, not the side. so that your hand fits over the bar, then mimic that strength without actually having the bar in the hand, and that is your power.
