just started using May 8.5 and for some reason the smooth preview doesnt work. I have a polygon cube in the center of the screen and when i press '3' nothing happens and the cube maintains its hard edge poly shape. Is there a setting i need to turn on?

Im using a mac with 10.5 Leopard
