If you're looking for a realistic look, tank crew members wear a suit that looks pretty much like a flight suit, only their's is made from a fiber that has a resistance to flames. They all have long sleeves and wear gloves on top of the sleeves. military boots are coversed by the "leg sleeves" of the suit give me your email address, and i'll send you a photo of my suit.
