thanks for the comment!!! The city is actually billboarded over 3D terrain.
I haven't had any time to work on it this week, but will do it over te weekend, I hope, so stay in touch!
The resolution is 1024 with low anti-aliasing.
I look forward to see your fluid effect fog!!!!!! It would be interesting to see its advantages against good old Paint Effects.
