Some of you who have downloaded this program may not have discovered the "stabilization" button . . . . it makes a huge difference. After you have the bones placed properly and you are ready to animate, before you skin the character, hit the stabilize button, then skin the character. Then when you drop the arms, it will look better, because if you do not add the stabilization, it will not look right.

One of the real handy things about this program is also that if you need to re-pose, all you have to do is rewind and hit the pose button. It is easy to un-skin and re-skin, so if you later decide you need to modify you character, it is no big deal.
